and a Business Career, is wonderful, satisfying and important work. Communities always need good businesses.
From Flower shops to Restaurants, Writing Books, an Internet store, Serving exotic meals or a boutique on Main St, Business is everywhere. If you're employed, then most likely it's a Business that employs you. Even Non Profits, Governmental and Social Services are operated like a businesses with accountability, Customer service, and growth concerns.
If the idea of owning your own Business is what you are focused on, then this course is the place to start.
TMCC continued a second year with this class, and with purpose to encourage the students of English as a Second Language to take advantage of this valuable free course.

"How to Start a Business".

TMCC's Meadowood Center is conveniently located across the street from Meadowood Mall and on multiple bus routes. In addition to a wide variety of College credit courses offered regularly at Meadowood Center, other programs found at this location include the Workforce Development and Community Education division offering over 1,000 professional development and personal enrichment programs, Adult Basic Education including English as a Second Language and High School Equivalency preparation as well as basic literacy programming, Veterans Upward Bound, and a testing center. ​​
