In Business, reading, writing and listening skills are all very important.
Participating in discussions with clear answers and questions is a necessary skill. Emails are used everyday to send important information more than letters nowadays. Basic Computer skills help you write letters and send email.
Reading skills with infographics are very effective to understand important information for everyone at work and also for your customers. Listening skills, empathy and objective listening will help you understand many issues. Always  take notes on important subjects, it's hard to remember sometimes.

Basic Computer Skills, like using Google Search and using "Microsoft Word"  are a great way to learn more and to send letters or emails or to print and post.

Whether you're writing an email to a co-worker, delivering on the job training to a new team member, or giving an important presentation to your board of directors, you must communicate in a way that is clear, concise, and easy to understand.

There are always some problems at work or in Business. These can be people, places or things that need to be addressed so it can be fixed.
Never try to "sweep them under the carpet". This makes them only add up and become very difficult.
Talk to your supervisor if needed and discuss the issue. Use your email skills to inform the people involved. Take a look at the cause of a problem and the best way to resolve it.
Problems are always great opportunities to find new and better ways with everything.

Using tools and techniques will help you improve your approach to solving the problems. You'll be more successful at solving problems and, because of this, more successful at what you do. What's more, you'll begin to build a reputation as someone who can handle tough situations, in a wise and positive way.

Goals. Targets. To accomplish anything that you want to do takes planning and Managing your time wisely.

Planning your daily schedule, your monthly and yearly targets can only be achieved with focused, careful and realistic planning and good time managment.
Personal Goals and Career Goals are important to your progress.

If you want a promotion or your sales to be better, start a business plan. Try to stick to the plan but have room for adjustments as the future is sometimes unpredictable.
Starting with your Needs, Wants and Desires, then build into the future.
